1. Use conditions of peristaltic pump

Four: Peristaltic pump can be idling operation, but not for a long time.

Five: Peristaltic pump hose is the main equipment to transport if the delivery of a certain temperature of the fluid, high temperature, the need to use some special heat resistant hose.

Six: pressure problem, in the operation, the actual pressure of the system should not be greater than the rated pressure of the pump.

Peristaltic pump maintenance methods:

1. Check whether each pipeline of the peristaltic pump is smooth, whether the hose joint is loose, and manually turn the pump head and roller to see whether it is flexible.

2. Power on the peristaltic pump drive to check whether the motor is running normally. After running normally, test whether the inlet and outlet pressure of the peristaltic pump meets the requirements.

3. Set the head and flow of the peristaltic pump to ensure that it operates within the best range of Z to obtain the running status of GX.

4. In the work of the peristaltic pump, the Zgao temperature of the bearing shall not exceed 80℃, and ensure that the temperature of the creep bearing shall not exceed 35℃ than the ambient temperature Zhao.

5. In the working process of the peristaltic pump, if an abnormal sound is found in the peristaltic pump, the peristaltic pump should be closed immediately for an inspection.

6, daily maintenance should be timely, the new pump should be replaced every 100 hours after the use of a month, the peristaltic pump within a month, every 100 hours to replace the lubricating oil, every 500 hours after the replacement.

7. Check the pressure block on the pump head regularly. If the upper-pressure block is found to be rough and uneven, the pressure block on the pump head should be replaced immediately to avoid large wear and tear of the hose resulting in reduced hose service life.

8. If the peristaltic pump is not used for a long time, the pump head of the peristaltic pump needs to be disassembled, the other liquid in the pump body is dried, and the lubricating oil of the connection between the pump head and the drive and the motor bearing is filled, and then stored safely at normal temperature.

9. Daily maintenance of the peristaltic pump

In the process of daily use, after using for a long time to change the hose as far as possible, so that it is not easy to cause the silicone tube rupture, fluid from the tube within the limited capacity of flow into the pump head roller with corrosive liquid into the roller gap, wash immediately remove will pump to avoid weathering after solidification in the roller gap, will cause the pump head stuck phenomenon. The hose should be replaced in time according to the use frequency of the specific pump, or the position should be moved frequently. If the liquid is highly corrosive, please choose the inlet hose of the corresponding material to avoid damage to the pump.
