Working principle of peristaltic pump:

Microbial indicators (such as Staphylococcus aureus suspension) are pumped to the aerosol generator's spray port through a peristaltic pump, while the gas source is also delivered to the aerosol generator's spray port so that the microbial suspension atomized in the aerosol generator and generated bacterial aerosol.

After the bacteria are sampled by a biological sampler, the bacteria are cultured. Finally, the filtration efficiency of the mask is calculated according to the concentration of bacterial aerosol before and after the mask filtration.
